1. Who we are

This website (stphgas.shop, trading as Stphgas) is operated by S. T. Plumbing and Heating Gas Specialists Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04723562, with its registered office at 11 Hill Top, Knottingley, West Yorkshire, WF11 8EB, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). 2. What we sell

Stphgas sells kitchen accessories and homeware — including heat-resistant silicone items, utensils, storage and textiles. We do not sell, install or service gas appliances, heating systems, or any electrical, pressurised or combustible equipment. Product descriptions, materials and heat ratings are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible.

3. Prices and currency

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties or taxes are your responsibility (see our Shipping Policy).

4. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or cannot be lawfully shipped to your location — and will refund any payment in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details. Your card statement will show STPHGAS KITCHEN.

6. Promotions

Any discount codes or promotions are subject to their own stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Safe use of products

Our heat-resistant products are intended to protect against incidental heat from hot cookware in normal household use. They are not fireproof and are not designed for direct or prolonged contact with open flames, gas burners, or temperatures above the rating stated on the product page. Always follow the care and safety instructions provided and keep these products away from open flames. Holders such as knife strips and crocks are sold empty.

8. Returns

Your rights to return items and obtain refunds are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All site content, designs, photography, text and the Stphgas name and patterns are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from misuse of a product contrary to its instructions.

11. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory legal rights as a consumer under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
