QCan I cancel before my order ships?
Yes. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email support@stphgas.shopwith your order number and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. We process most orders within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as you can.
QIs there a cooling-off period after delivery?
As a gesture of goodwill, you may cancel and return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, in line with our Returns & Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened kitchen-contact items can't be returned unless faulty.
QWhat if my order already shipped?
If it's on its way, you can't cancel it in transit — but you can refuse delivery or return it under our Returns Policy once it arrives. Reach out and we'll guide you through it.
QWhen and how am I refunded?
Refunds go back to your original payment method in USD, usually within 5–10 business days of us confirming the cancellation or receiving the returned goods.
